Train tickets are enormously expensive because trains are expensive to build, the Top Gear team agreed. So they decided to find an alternative - enter the mighty Jaguar XJS 5.3-litre V12. "It goes like a train," Jeremy explained. "But could it actually be one?" After replacing the standard wheels with train wheels they would know soon enough.
