MINI has refreshed the 'mini' MINI Rocketman Concept, first seen at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show, in a makeover says is in "tribute to the capital of Britain".
Analysts are, however, wondering whether it actually suggests MINI may have reversed an earlier decision not to produce the MINI city car - and is now priming car buyers once again to expect a genuinely micro MINI.
