MINI Malaysia launch new MINI Cooper S Countryman
Introducing the new MINI Cooper S Countryman, Natasha Karim, MINI Manager, BMW Group Malaysia said, “The new two wheel drive MINI Cooper S Countryman now adds another member to the MINI family here and will offer yet another exciting, sportier and inimitable variant of the MINI Countryman with its signature two wheel drive ‘Go-Kart’ handling capabilities.”
Karim added that the new variant of the MINI Cooper S Countryman will continue to be powered by the capable 1.6 litre four cylinder power plant with a twin-scroll turbocharger and direct injection which is complemented by fully variable valve management capable of churning out 135kW/184 hp, enabling the car to hit the 0 to 100 km/h mark in 8.3 seconds, offering by far the best balance between output and fuel consumption in its displacement class.
The new MINI Cooper S Countryman is also covered with the MINI Tender Loving Care (TLC) service inclusive program which takes care of the MINI in terms of inspection and wear and tear repairs for 3 years or 50,000 KM, whichever comes first. MINI TLC covers work such as engine oil changes; servicing of the air filter, micro filter, spark plugs and brake fluid; maintenance and servicing of brake pads and brake discs; maintenance and servicing of clutch in the event of wear and tear as well as replacement of windscreen wiper rubbers and blades.
