Burial-at-sea bed - You Only Live Twice (1967)
The Bond filmmakers like to surprise their audiences but it came as quite a shock to see Bond apparently killed off right at the start of You Only Live Twice when he is buried at sea. Fortunately it was a fake funeral and this burial bed with breathing apparatus allowed Bond to be transferred undetected from a naval destroyer to a submarine.
